Our CPD training is designed for therapists, counsellors, and mental health professionals looking to deepen their understanding of relational dynamics. These workshops offer exploration and practical tools to enhance therapeutic practice, supporting clients develop new ways of being.
Join us for an immersive experiential CPD training exploring the subtle relational processes that shape therapeutic work beneath words. Over two in-person days, this small-group workshop will support you in developing embodied self-awareness, non-verbal attunement, and greater sensitivity to the relational field. Drawing on Gestalt therapy, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, movement-based relational work, and Aesthetic Relational Knowing (ARK), the training explores how posture, breath, pacing, gesture, emotional resonance, and nervous system shifts influence therapeutic contact and clinical decision-making. At a time when the profession is increasingly focused on ethics, safety, and regulation, this workshop starts from the belief that embodied attunement is not separate from ethical clinical practice – it is foundational to it. Through live demonstrations, phenomenological field exercises, movement inquiries, reflective dialogue, and relational experiments, participants will deepen their capacity for awareness, discernment, and responsive therapeutic presence within the complexity of real clinical encounters.
