The Gestalt Clinic is a private practice offering individual, group, and couples therapy for adults. We also provide training for practitioners and organisations looking to enhance their relational skills, deepen their understanding of group dynamics, and create more supportive, connected workplaces.
Hello, I’m Paulina, Clinical Manager here at the Gestalt Clinic.
We founded this clinic to make it easier for people to find skilled, trusted psychotherapists, and to create spaces for therapy, learning, and support that meet individuals, groups, and organisations where they are.
We live in a time when genuine connection can feel rare. Many approaches promise fast solutions, but often miss what we believe matters most: healing happens in relationship. Gestalt therapy starts here. It invites us to meet the whole person, not only their struggles or stories, but their full experience of being in the world.
At the heart of our work is a question we return to again and again: What if distress isn’t something broken to fix, but a meaningful response to our relationships, environments, and histories? Gestalt therapy creates room to stay with our suffering, to explore it, and to reconnect with ourselves through the process, not by turning away, but by moving through.
Our team is made up of Gestalt psychotherapists who continue to learn, reflect, and grow in relationship with those we work alongside. We are committed to both clinical skill and ongoing personal practice, meeting others not as experts above, but as fellow humans alongside.
All our practitioners are registered or in training with professional bodies such as UKCP, BACP, NCPS, and Norsk Gestalt Forening (NGF). While The Gestalt Clinic is based in the UK, we stay in conversation with colleagues and evolving practices in Norway. Over time, we aim to offer workshops, trainings, and spaces for dialogue in both countries – and beyond.
The Gestalt Clinic is a space to meet and be met, as you are.
With openness, respect, and curiosity.
