All our therapists are UKCP registered and hold an MA in Individual and Group Gestalt Psychotherapy. They have experience working with a wide range of challenges, including:
Emotional well-being: Anxiety, depression, stress, shame, and self-esteem issues.
Behavioural patterns: Addiction, eating disorders, self-harm, and OCD.
Identity and relationships: Cultural, racial, and gender dynamics; intimacy and sexuality concerns.
Parenting support: Postnatal depression, early parenthood challenges, and family transitions.
Trauma recovery: Domestic abuse, physical and sexual abuse, transgenerational trauma, displacement, C-PTSD, and PTSD.
We value trauma-informed care and inclusivity, creating a space that embraces neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD, dyslexia) and supports people of all gender and sexual identities. Our clinic also fosters diversity and equity in mental health.
